The service is operated by MTX Global LLC, a Nevada limited liability company in the United States ("we", "us", "our"), which is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Information you provide:
Collected automatically: sign-in time and IP address, cookies and similar technologies.
From others: if you sign in with Google or Facebook, your name, email address and account identifier; from our payment providers, whether a payment succeeded, the card brand, and a masked reference to the card.
When you place an order, your document is stored in your account and made available to the editor assigned to your project and to the senior editorial staff who oversee quality. Your work is read, corrected and returned by qualified human editors. Every editor has signed a confidentiality agreement before receiving any client work, and access is limited to the people working on your project.
Our editors' judgement, subject expertise and quality standards are the substance of what we provide, and responsibility for the work we deliver is ours.
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls that limit documents to your account and the staff assigned to your work, hashed passwords, and confidentiality agreements with everyone who handles client work.
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Under KVKK Art. 11 you have comparable rights, including to learn whether your data is processed and to request correction or deletion.
To make a request, write to [email protected]. We will respond within one month (GDPR) or thirty days (KVKK). Requests are currently handled manually.
You may also complain to your local data protection authority, or in Türkiye to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).

We are established in the United States and our servers and most of our providers are also in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Türkiye, your personal data is transferred to the United States.
Our free and low-cost tools — CV Reviewer, Personal Statement Checker, Abstract Checker, Journal Matcher and Thesis Topic Finder — produce an automated analysis report. These reports are generated by software, not written by an editor, and are intended as a starting point rather than a substitute for editing by a person.
To produce that analysis, our systems pass the text of your document to Anthropic, the provider of the language-model infrastructure our tools are built on. Anthropic acts solely as our service provider: it processes the text on our instructions in order to return analysis to our platform, and it has no relationship with you, no access to your account, and no right to use your document for its own purposes. It is a background component of our software, in the same way that our payment provider is a background component of our checkout — you never interact with it, and it does not deliver a service to you.
The editorial judgement, quality standards, subject expertise and final responsibility for the work we deliver remain ours, and our human editors remain the substance of what we provide.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Payment is processed by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card number on our own systems. Our records retain only the card brand, the first six and last four digits, and the result of the transaction, which we use for reconciliation and dispute handling.
